  1. CHECKRTC is a program by Roger Burrows (the author of the commercial
  2. Extendos, the program that allows your Atari to read CD ROMS).  This 
  3. program checks the accuracy of the Real Time Clock (RTC) on the TT030.
  4. It does so by comparing elapsed time as measured by the RTC, with that
  5. measured by the 200Hz system tick counter.  He wrote this because his
  6. TT clock was losing time, and he wanted to find out more about it.
